Excellent all around. We had someone seat us who was very helpful and our server Ashley was outstanding. I would def go with the Gold package. The system of having the tablet worked fairly well. We did order a side of kimchi in our next to last round that didnt come. We told Ashley and she immediately went and grabbed us one. Then the one we ordered showed up right before we were finished with everything. You may want to look at that as I imagine there might be an issue with items going to different stations as everything else came in a timely manner. It would have maybe been nice to get more info on the portion size on the order screen (unless I just missed it) i didn't realize the shrimp were so large and the scallops were so small. I ordered 2 shrimp and 1 scallop order and I should have definitely done the opposite. I hope to return and am excited you are opening another one in the suburbs.

This place has such amazing value and quality, I’m coming here for all my future BBQ cravings. My wife and I are die hard fans of Korean & Japanese BBQ and decided to give this place a try given the good reviews. Boy was us in for a treat. We went with the gold tier and tried pretty much every single Beef and sushi item on the menu. Everything we had was top notch and very fresh. We didn’t have one thing we didn’t like. The headline is obviously that you are getting genuine Japanese A5 Wagyu AND *unlimited* good cuts of American Wagyu for 90 minutes. Things arrive quickly and there’re no tricks. Service was great! Our server Anna was so nice and patient and was available for anything we wanted almost immediately. It genuinely felt like a solid deal to us and we had the most satisfying dining experience so far this year. Also, I highly recommend signing up for the 28 membership as you get value instantly AND you get a member-only special item that is so good (see pic). The only thing I would suggest is to improve the sushi rice. It’s a bit too tacky but falls apart when you try to pick it up. It’s also a bit under seasoned. But I’m really happy with the MEATS this is really just nitpicking. Highly recommend to all the carnivores out there.

Not only was the food legendary, but our server, Jake was extraordinary! He constantly ran to our table to assist us and let us call him “bestie”. He was helping us cook the meat while sweating. Honestly, some of the best service I have ever received. Definitely come try this place!!!

The food here is so delicious. I love the wagyu a5 , it melts in my mouth. The service very good.The host very friendly and Josh did the great job.Josh so nice and very helpful. Josh made me very impressed with his service. when I wanna ordering food the tablet sometimes was shuts down and I can't order It would be great if you guys could fix it. I still love this place.I will back.recommend!!

Amazing food, quality and service. Decided to opt for the gold menu and it did not disappoint. Everything was delicious and our server Ashley was great! She made our dining experience exceptional. Would recommend trying the brisket, short rib and anything from the sushi menu. Very busy on the weekend and recommend planning accordingly but it is worth the wait

Everything was great and let me tell you - the diamond package is WORTH IT. Everything on that menu is so good and worth it. Our waiter, Josh, is very nice. He helped us cook the all of the meat nicely and he is very good at it. I definitely recommend going here. And let me tell you this once more, get the diamond. It is worth every dime!

We had an amazing experience at Chubby Cattle. You can really taste the quality of the meat and the service was impeccable. Our waitress, Valeria, was very attentive and answered any questions we had. Would definitely come back again!

Had an excellent experience at the China Town location. Our server - Ashley was very good - attended to our needs before we can ask and was very knowledgeable of the different types of meat cuts. Would definitely come back!
